Registration Terms & Conditions

  1. Once an online registration has been completed and submitted the ‘Cancellations’ terms, as listed below, apply.
  2. Payment is due prior to the start of the Conference.
  3. All payments must be made prior to the event. Cash (South African Rands) and credit cards will be accepted on site should payment not be made prior to the event.
  4. Registration fees do not include travel or accommodation.
  5. An invoice with the Conference bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of your registration.
  6. Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, and once the payment has cleared and been identified in the Conference bank account.
  7. Proof of payment is to be emailed or faxed to Charne Millett-Clay- Email: charne@soafrica.com or Fax: +27 (0) 11 463 3265
  8. Registrations are transferable only to paying delegates who have not yet registered. This will need to be done in writing to charne@soafrica.com before 3 May 2017.
  9. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible for any bank charges. The invoiced amount must appear in the conference bank account prior to the Conference. Should this not be the case, the delegate will need to settle their account in cash on site before being allowed to participate in the Conference.
  10. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique PIN number. (Name, Surname, PIN number).
  11. All payments must be made payable to GSSA.

Cancellations

  1. All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat. (charne@soafrica.com).
  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 2 May 2017.
  3. No-shows at the conference will still be liable to pay the registration fee if not done so already.
  4. All refunds due will only be issued after the Conference.
  5. The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.
